Morning Chai Matcha Smoothie


Drinking a smoothie in the morning is a nutritious way to start the day. Adding matcha to your smoothie not only gives it a unique flavor, it also offers the perfect pick-me-up! You can use any fruits or vegetables of your choice, but we recommend ingredients with a neutral or green color to compliment the color of the matcha.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp Bengal Chai Matcha
  • 1/2 banana, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder

Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for a few minutes, until mixed thoroughly.
    2. Serve.
