Lung Ching Green Tea is a toasty and pan-fired green tea originating from the area surrounding Longjing Village in Zhejiang Province of China. It is sometimes known as "Longjing Tea" or "Dragon Well Tea" and, according to legend, was the favorite tea of the fifth Qing emperor.
Origin: China (Zhejiang Province).
- Heat 8 oz. cold water to about 180 degrees Fahrenheit (hot, but not boiling - you should see small bubbles rising to the surface if heating in a pan).
- Remove from heat and add 1 tsp tea leaves.
- Let set for 1-3 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
