A full-bodied Assam tea is enhanced by warm chai spices and a rich smoky flavor. Reminiscent of cozying up near a campfire.

Ingredients: Black tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove.

Origin: India (Assam, Kerala), China (Xingchun region, Fujian Province), Thailand (Phetchabun), Vietnam (Mekong Delta).

Steeping Instructions - Chai (Recommended)

  1. Combine 4 oz cold water with 2 tsp tea and sugar to taste and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Meanwhile, boil 4 oz milk or soy milk separately.
  3. Combine the milk and tea.
  4. Strain and serve.

Steeping Instructions - Black Tea

  1. Bring 8 oz. cold water to a boil (about 210 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp tea leaves.
  3. Let set for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve.
